  • Be responsible for maintaining a transparent and well-structured sales pipeline, guaranteeing that all team activities and interactions are comprehensively documented in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Work closely with other departments such as Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, collaborating as a team to develop the best solutions for our customers.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales—ideally in SaaS, e-mobility, energy, or infrastructure—with at least two years in a leadership or team lead position.
  • Proven success in leading, developing, and motivating sales teams as well as managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market and business culture; existing network in one or more relevant sectors is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, paired with a collaborative, motivating management style.
  • Proficient use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a structured, data-driven approach to sales management.
  • Native-level German and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Based in the DACH region (preferably Austria) and willing to travel within the region as needed.
