Team Lead Sales as a Service (m/f/d)

In this position, you will use your strong customer focus and persuasiveness to ensure that our orders are successfully concluded and handed over to our specialist partners ready for installation. You will be responsible for the Germany-wide development of a new sales channel “Sales as a Service” (B2B2C).

You will never lose sight of customer service, economic aspects and the desire to actively contribute to the energy transition.

Your impact

• Managing sales activities throughout Germany within the framework of “Sales as a Service” with a focus on quality assurance and achieving defined sales targets
• Overseeing and being responsible for the acquisition of new customers as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships in the field of air conditioning technology
• Receiving telephone and e-mail inquiries and complaints professionally, processing them independently, and ensuring “best-in-class” customer service
• Collecting feedback from customers/specialist partners and supporting the improvement of our services
• Optimizing sales channels in cooperation with marketing and sales
• Taking care of new and existing customer systems to ensure smooth operation together with specialist partners and technical service
• Actively developing sales-relevant training concepts in cooperation with the Viessmann Academy

Who you are

• Completing commercial or technical training or studies, ideally with a focus on ventilation, heating, or air conditioning technology
• Bringing several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the residential and commercial ventilation sector or similar
• Proven leadership experience at least for 5 years
• Feeling confident in using IT applications such as Salesforce, MS Office programs or SAP
• Being known for your strong customer focus and negotiating skills, with a great love of sales
• Using your powers of persuasion to bring projects to the finish line and make customers happy
• Being organized, results-oriented, and having a high level of comprehension
• Communicating business fluently in written and spoken German and English, other languages are advantageous.
