Position: Team Lead in the Onboarding Team

Location: Bangalore (WFO - Diamond District)

Report to: Assistant Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Lead to manage our Onboarding Team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for users, managing team performance, and driving operational excellence. This role requires strong communication, data handling, people management, and leadership skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of onboarding specialists focused on user activation and engagement.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new users through outbound customer support channels.
• Monitor and analyze onboarding data using Excel/Google Sheets/CSV to drive performance improvements.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Train and mentor team members to achieve targets and maintain high service quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to enhance the user journey.
• Drive team productivity and ensure SLA adherence.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
• Continuously innovate to improve onboarding processes and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an outbound or onboarding function.
• Proven experience in leading a small to mid-size team.
• Strong command of English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / CSV.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms.
• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the tech, startup, or HR tech space.
• Exposure to CRM or onboarding automation tools.
