Team Lead, Managed Care

TLDR

Support high quality and timely delivery of rebate claims processing while overseeing and enhancing a team of 6-8 analysts within multiple business areas.

To help ensure success of high quality and on time delivery of rebate claims processing for IntegriChain’s Managed Services Customers.

What this role entails:  

  • Process and analyze rebate claims within multiple business areas per the business area SLAs
  • Ensure that all business area SLAs and quality expectations are met
  • Escalate all business areas issues accordingly and resolve appropriately
  • Oversight of 6-8 analyst level resources
  • Maintain and enhance the team’s knowledge within the business areas detailed responsibilities
  • Understand and ensure team’s compliance of company and departments business processes and policies
  • Assist analysts with validation and troubleshooting system issues
  • Support onboarding and training of team members
  • Provide status updates, reporting and analysis as required
  • Support system testing
  • Support ad hoc projects

  • Partner with other team leads to support department processes and policies
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, along with strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to coach and guide others and provide constructive feedback to help individuals grow and develop
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technical teams
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Office applications:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Graduate of finance, accounting, or information management preferred
  • At least seven (7) years of progressive experience as a Senior Analyst/Team Lead/Supervisor or similar role supporting business applications and processes and managing team members
  • Previous experience with Managed Care Rebates, Formulary review and determination, Medicaid Rebates, Government Pricing, or Chargebacks strongly preferred
  • Experience with ICyte, Model N(Flex) or Model N(Powered by N) a plus
