Lead a team of HR Services Specialists across the Americas while ensuring governance for HR processes and supporting outsourcing transformations.

ContiTech is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Team Leader Americas for our HR Service Governance & Systems team.

This role will be responsible for:

Leading a team of HR Services Specialists in Manila and Mexico
Ensuring governance for HR Services processes in the Americas region
Managing quality issues / service requests coming from the locations related to outsourced processes
Supporting service related transformations
Supporting locations in their outsourcing activities
Leading preparation for BPO in non-BPO scope countries

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, Service Center background and leadership experience preferred
Experience with HR management of HR systems and data analysis tools
Demonstrated expertise in HR Services and project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
