Lead, coach, and inspire a global team of 7, while also getting hands-on in critical searches
Act as a sparring partner for hiring managers and senior leaders; challenging, advising, and steering hiring decisions
Continuously improve recruiting processes with a data- and impact-driven mindset, leveraging automation and AI where it makes us better
6+ years in People & Culture in a high-performance environment (including 1+ year in a leadership role), with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
Proven ability to deliver results without large budgets, thinking in impact, applying a sharp eye for performance & cultural fit
Expertise in senior stakeholder management and the courage to challenge decisions to ensure we hire the right talent
A growth mindset and strong business acumen, translating strategy into talent needs by deeply understanding our industry and business model
