Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Relationship Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure team members are meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Organize and facilitate regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and training sessions.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Drive the execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure all opportunities are being properly tracked and followed up on.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with Relationship Executives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and work with the team to upsell or cross-sell services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales management or leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Ability to drive performance and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
