• Support team planning, scheduling, and follow-through across active workstreams.
• Use tools such as Google Workspace to track work, report progress, and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Clear written communication and confident stakeholder interaction.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Prior experience coordinating teams or projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience coaching peers or coordinating small teams to deliver outcomes on time.
• Demonstrated capability in performance tracking.
