The Team

The Technology Enablement & Innovation team is focused on building the skills, communities and experiences that help our technologists thrive across APAC. We design and deliver learning programs, graduate experiences and community events that connect SEEKers, grow capability and unlock innovation. From twice-yearly hackathons and Hive Week to Communities of Practice and industry meetups, we create the spaces, programs and tools that enable people to do their best work. Joining this team means shaping how Technology learns, collaborates and shows up in the wider tech community.

The Role

Reporting into the SEEK Technology Community Engagement & Innovation Manager, your focus will be the smooth running of Technology engagement and enablement activities. This includes supporting logistics and administration for SEEK wide events such as Hive Week and Hackathon, external meet ups and community events and administrative tasks related to the delivery of the SEEK Graduate programs.

You will play a key part in supporting the culture of the teams and ensuring the smooth running of team functions including their rituals. You will be a part of the broader Technology EA/PA group and expected to support this team in enabling activities which drive Technology’s and SEEK’s agenda.

You are highly capable, driven and love working closely with stakeholders. Your attention to detail is exceptional and you flourish when given a challenge. You have a genuine interest and enjoyment in growing your skillset and work well with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, managing business priorities and timeframes, whilst maintaining strong relationships. You can see the bigger picture and your first challenge will be to learn about SEEK and the role Technology plays within the company.
