  • Have a classroom size of around 10 students with paraprofessional support in the classroom

  • Qualifications
  • One of the following: Valid General Education Teaching Certificate with the willingness to pursue Special Ed Certification  OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field which may include fields of Psychology, Social Work, Sociology or Health & Human Services.
  • Experience with working with students with a range of special education disabilities including but not limited to; autism, emotional disturbance, traumatic brain injury, mild to moderate cognitive and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized and able to multitask
  • Possess a positive attitude.
