We are looking for an HR Operations & AI Specialist to build and optimize a scalable, tech-enabled HR setup within a growing company.
This role focuses on connecting HR systems, improving workflows, and using automation and AI to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enhance the employee experience.
Own and optimize the HR tech stack (HRIS, ticketing, collaboration tools)
Design and improve workflows across the employee lifecycle
Build and manage integrations between systems (e.g., HRIS, Jira, Google Workspace)
Implement automations using APIs, Zapier/Make, or custom solutions
Apply AI tools to streamline repetitive HR processes
Improve HR data quality, reporting, and insights for leadership
Translate HR needs into scalable technical solutions
Experience working with HRIS platforms (HiBob is a plus)
Experience with workflow/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira)
Strong understanding of Google Workspace and automation capabilities
Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations
Practical experience applying AI in operational processes
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
Ability to bridge business and technical teams
Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus
