About the Role The Corporate Tax Senior will play a key role in delivering high‑quality corporate tax compliance and provision services across Federal, State, and International. This position is ideal for a tax professional with strong technical skills, proven experience in OneSource. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience navigating the OneSource platform, including modules such as Income Tax, Workflow, DataFlow, Tax Provision, and e‑filing. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing corporate income tax returns, supporting quarterly and year‑end tax provisions, and ensuring accuracy across multi‑jurisdictional filings. You will collaborate closely with Managers and Directors, serve as a technical resource to junior staff, and contribute to efficient workflow management within the team.   • Provide tax compliance and consulting for high‑net‑worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
  • Prepare and review Federal, State, and Local tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Utilize Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE for tax preparation, data import, adjustments, and e‑filing.
  • Analyze complex tax issues and develop strategies to minimize tax liability.
  • Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentor and train tax associates; review their work and support their development.
  • Conduct tax research and stay current on emerging tax laws.
  • Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM’s values.
  • Requirements:
  • Must have hands‑on experience with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
  • Active CPA license or actively pursuing CPA.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience mentoring or training staff is preferred.
