We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Tax Manager with over 5 years of experience, a proven track record of success, and a passion for providing exceptional tax services for our companies around the world. Our ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, and have a proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Review and verify invoices and agreements with a focus on tax compliance
- Manage regular tax closing processes in ERP, including improving and automating tax processes
- Prepare and submit VAT and Corporate Income Tax returns in the UAE
- Oversee and coordinate tax filings in other jurisdictions (UK, Malta, US, Japan)
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and maintain an up‑to‑date internal tax guide
- Performing administrative duties, including initiating purchase requests, vendor onboarding
- Liaise with tax consultants across multiple jurisdictions to address tax-related matters
- Providing guidance to employees on personal tax queries in different jurisdictions
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
- 5+ years of experience in international taxation across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong background in tax research and providing tax consultations
- Hands-on experience with a comprehensive ERP like NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Can-do attitude towards challenges and ability to manage routine tasks
- Good English, both written and spoken
