Responsibilities

Assist in administrative support for corporate tax filing activities
Support the preparation, compilation, and validation of EOI (Exchange of Information) data
Upload and input customer data into the tax authority system accurately and timely
Perform data checking, reconciliation, and documentation to ensure compliance with tax regulations
Maintain proper filing and organization of tax-related documents
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required data for tax reporting
Support ad-hoc tasks related to tax compliance and reporting as needed

Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related fields
Basic understanding of corporate tax and tax administration is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and administrative systems
Good organizational and time-management skills
Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team
Available for a full-time internship for 4 months
