As a bootstrapped and profitable company with no investors in the cap table, we are free to do what makes sense from the business as well as from the tech perspective. Requirements

Please tell us if you are interested in Frontend or Backend development.
No professional experience is required but a bright mind and commitment to work hard and learn.

• Ability to learn constantly and improve a little bit every day
• You can be a fresh beginner who is very smart and eager to learn
• First knowledge about any programming language with basic understanding how to develop code
• Open mind to listen and learn (from Seniors and other sources)
• Robust confidence level but far away from being arrogant (or thinking I know it better than others)
• Learn-it-all mindset instead of I-Know-it-all
• Taking responsibility for every task you do 
• Working every day to reach the skill-level of a senior ASAP

Budget

The budget range for this role is €40k/Year – €60k/Year, depending on the candidate’s level of experience and fit with the position requirements.
