We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers in crafting innovative strategies to identify exceptional candidates for our Global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. In this role, you will employ creative methods to uncover top talent and engage passive candidates through a dynamic and proactive approach.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to discover and engage top talent for our Global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Research market trends for company mapping and present detailed findings to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.
- Work on ad-hoc projects involving research on talent mapping across Navan’s competitors.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in developing sourcing strategies alongside Recruiters and Hiring Managers within an in-house recruiting team.
- Experience in sourcing and hiring globally, including in India.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and talent research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
