We are building out a new recruitment team responsible for closing advanced global roles. Sourcing is an integral part of this process. Advanced sourcing, which includes building and maintaining a healthy pipeline both for existing and future openings

Exploring new ways and approaches in sourcing, finding untapped pools of talent

Owning a recruitment tech stack: ATS (Lever), LinkedIn, contact info databases

Partner closely with global recruitment team

What you bring:

0.5+ years of experience in sourcing

Strong research skills (both directly related to sourcing and general ability to do a research)

Persistency and ability to sift through big amounts of information

Analytical mindset

English skills (B1+)
