Talent Sourcer (Remote in Mexico)

About the Role

We are looking for driven, curious, and proactive Talent Sourcer to join our high-growth sourcing team.

As a Talent Sourcer, you are the engine of our recruitment process. You’ll be the person who tracks down "purple squirrels"—those hard-to-find developers and engineers who aren't looking for work but are perfect for our clients. You’ll be responsible for the initial outreach, sparking curiosity, and qualifying talent before handing them over to our Delivery Managers to finalize the hire.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Hunt: Proactively identify and engage elite tech talent across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms.
Strategic Outreach: Craft compelling, personalized messages that stand out in a crowded inbox to spark conversations with passive candidates.
Pipeline Building: Maintain a steady flow of high-calibre talent for specialist roles in Software Engineering, Data Science, and AI.
Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple search mandates simultaneously, ensuring a consistent volume of quality leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with our Delivery Managers and Recruitment leads to calibrate searches and refine candidate profiles.
Conversion: Successfully transition interested, qualified candidates into the interview funnel.

Requirements

We value grit, personality, and potential over a long CV. However, to be successful in this specific role, you will need:

Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a dedicated sourcing or recruitment role.
Persistence: You are relentless. You don't stop until you find the "impossible" candidate.
Communication: You are a natural at building rapport quickly via text and voice.
Organization: You can manage a high volume of data and moving parts without breaking a sweat.
Results-Oriented: You are motivated by targets. Our benchmark is a minimum of 3 successful placements per quarter.

Location: Must be based in Mexico (remote).
