Talent Sourcer Internship

TeleSoftas is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer Intern to join our dynamic People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual eager to gain hands-on experience in the crucial field of talent acquisition within a well-known IT technology company. As a Talent Sourcer Intern, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent who will contribute to TeleSoftas's continued success and vibrant culture.

What will you do?

• Support our Talent Acquisition specialists in recruitment activities
• Work closely with talent acquisition specialists to understand what kind of people we’re hiring and find ways to reach them
• Source and engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach and compelling messaging through LinkedIn, Workable
• Create candidate pipelines for specific roles
• Ensure all data from sourcing is captured accurately in our system
• Share useful insights about the talent market and what’s working

Requirements

• A team player, who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Someone who is eager to learn, result-oriented, resourceful, and intellectually curious
• Interest in Talent Acquisition, and the technology industry
• Research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential candidates
• Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Fluent communicator in Lithuanian and English
