As a key member of PFA's Talent Acquisition team, you'll build and maintain candidate pipelines for numerous high-volume roles, ensuring a proactive hiring approach.
Role Summary
The Talent Sourcer will be a critical member of PFA’s growing Talent Acquisition team, responsible for building and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates across a high volume of open roles. You will partner closely with the Head of TA and Recruiters to ensure a steady flow of pre-qualified talent into our hiring process, keeping PFA ahead of demand rather than reacting to it.
