Your role:
Advanced sourcing, which includes building and maintaining a healthy pipeline both for existing and future openings
Exploring new ways and approaches in sourcing, finding untapped pools of talent
Owning a recruitment tech stack: ATS, LinkedIn, [insert something interesting here]
Partner closely with global recruitment team
What you bring:
1+ year of experience in sourcing
Strong research skills (both directly related to sourcing and general ability to do a research)
Analytical mindset (data mining, OSINT and other 'weird stuff' sounds like fun for you)
Strong English skills (B2)
