Talent Sourcer & Engagement Specialist (Senior)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Engagement Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and building long-term relationships with professionals who aren't necessarily looking for a job today but could be our key hires tomorrow.

We need someone who combines the analytical mindset of a sourcer with the networking skills of a brand ambassador. You will have a high degree of ownership and autonomy over your strategies, moving flexibly between high-level sourcing for niche roles and supporting full-cycle recruitment processes.


Requirements

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Using sourcing tools & diverse channels to successfully engage with candidates, especially for highly specialized roles.

  • Networking: You will be responsible for building a professional network with communities and maintaining a talent pipeline for future business needs.

  • Relationship Management: Engaging with potential candidates early in their journey, focusing on a high-quality candidate experience and long-term engagement.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand business goals and taking ownership of recruitment processes from initial outreach to the final hiring decision.

  • Process Optimization: Bringing fresh ideas to the table to improve our sourcing strategy efficiency and identifying new, unconventional sources for talent acquisition.

What We Expect

  • Proven Sourcing Expertise: Extensive experience in sourcing for complex roles using a variety of tools and methodologies.

  • Networking & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships easily, whether online or in person.

  • End-to-End Recruitment Experience: A solid background in managing recruitment processes independently, ensuring professional communication at every stage.

  • Fluency in Polish and English

  • Ownership & Flexibility

  • Location & Mobility: While the role is remote-friendly, we require you to be based in Poland to actively participate in the local tech communities. You should also be open to occasional business travel.
