As a Talent Sourcer at Plivo, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent across technical and non-technical roles. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a world-class candidate experience from the very first touchpoint.
This is a high-ownership role where your ability to combine strategic sourcing expertise, strong communication skills, and technical acumen will directly influence our hiring success.
Key Responsibilities :
Build, manage, and maintain robust candidate pipelines for active and future hiring needs across multiple functions (Engineering, Product, GTM, etc.).
Use advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Behance, AngelList, StackOverflow, etc.) to identify top talent.
