For one of our clients, we are looking for a Talent Recruiter, remotely from Philippines and Moldova.

In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across various industries. You will source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events, and assess them for alignment with the company’s hiring needs. Your key duties will also involve conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and working closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. This is a dynamic role where you will be involved in every aspect of the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to final placement, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Accountabilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates via various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring processes.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
• Assist with job advertising, ensuring that posts are targeted to the right audience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, maintaining clear and prompt communication.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about connecting with people and understanding their backgrounds and experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities.
• Ability to quickly learn about various roles and communicate the company’s needs to candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
