Zoox is seeking a dynamic Talent Programs Recruiter to support and drive specialized talent initiatives across the organization. This role blends program execution, strategic support, and recruitment-focused activities to ensure our talent programs attract, engage, and develop high-potential employees. In this role, you will:
Partner with hiring managers and recruiting partners to define hiring needs and directly recruit candidates for specialized programs, including proactive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and offer support.
Own candidate pipelines end-to-end for assigned programs, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, timely follow-ups, and clear communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Support program execution from a recruiting lens, including hiring events, interview days, candidate communications, funnel tracking, and reporting on recruiting progress and outcomes.
Use recruiting data and market insights to identify gaps, assess pipeline health, and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies, interview processes, and overall hiring effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Recruiting, People Partners, HR Ops, Compensation) to ensure smooth hiring execution and alignment with broader talent and workforce planning efforts.
Qualifications:
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment
Proven experience designing and executing talent programs within recruiting (e.g., University Relations, Internal Mobility, early career or internal pipelines)
Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions, pipelines, and recruiting initiatives simultaneously while meeting hiring goals and timelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with hiring managers, People Partners, and senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders on recruiting strategy, talent market insights, and hiring decisions

Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $116,000 to $139,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling and positioning within a level are determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting represents the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
