CIR was born out of a determination to expose those spreading harm – online and offline – around the world, particularly in areas of violent conflict, such as Ukraine, Sudan and Myanmar. Our projects are at the forefront of efforts to investigate and document human rights abuses, war crimes, harms targeting women and minorities, and influence operations. • Supporting and quality assuring monitoring and progress reports, ensuring lessons are identified and integrated into programme delivery on an ongoing-basis.
  • Conducting monitoring, evaluation and learning reviews to meet client and CIR requirements, assessing progress against theories of change and results framework as well as effectiveness of operational delivery, and making recommendations on improvements.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven track record in monitoring, evaluation and learning efforts, including the ability to develop and implement theories of change, results frameworks and MEL plans for programmes.
  • Knowledge and experience of submitting project reporting to meet the standards of government donors.
