We are building a Talent Pool of Creative Designers—junior to mid-level Graphic Designers / Art Directors—to join our growing creative team in Riyadh.

We’re seeking Arabic-speaking creatives with strong technical design skills, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

Experience working with government entities, major organisations, or international brands is highly preferred.

What will be your responsibilities?

·        Design and produce multimedia creative assets from concept to final delivery.

·        Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts aligned with project goals and brand identity.

·        Create compelling visuals for social media, video content, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.

·        Work within existing brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative thinking to every project.

·        Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with consistent quality.

·        Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and relevant software advancements.

·        Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to maintain quality across production workflows.

·        Conduct quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet specifications and brand standards.

Requirements

·       Fluency in Arabic with excellent communication skills (English proficiency is a plus).

·       Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field.

·       Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

·       Skills in animation, motion graphics, or multimedia production are a strong plus.

·       Experience or familiarity with working for government bodies, large organizations, or global brands.
