What skills do I need?
4+ years of sales experience—ideally in a tech company—as an Account Manager or in Business Development, with a strong track record of performance and a strong business network.
A background in payments or financial systems is a plus.
Collaborative team player with leadership skills, proven cross-functional experience.
Strategic risk-taker with deep customer insight.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including C-level.
Skilled negotiator and deal closer with strong presentation and listening abilities.
Curious, positive, and market-savvy.
Flexibility and proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
Availability for international travel.
