- Build and maintain a consistent recruitment process: from intake and job descriptions to scorecards, feedback loops, and offers.
- Source proactively, map markets, and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and ensure every candidate gets a fair, transparent, and human experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights on process efficiency and quality of hire.
- Collaborate with the People team on employer branding, onboarding experience, and continuous improvements.
- Spot patterns, bring structure, and help the team grow smarter, not just faster.
Qualifications

- Hands-on sourcing skills: confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping techniques.
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g. Personio, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and ability to keep pipelines structured and transparent.
- Familiarity with structured / competency-based interviewing and use of scorecards for fair evaluation.
- Comfortable working with recruitment metrics and dashboards (e.g. time-to-hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance).
- Knowledge of market research and talent mapping across different regions.
- Basic understanding of employer branding principles and ability to create engaging job descriptions or hiring materials.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms) - experience with Notion, Confluence, or Figma is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - you can build trust, advise, and challenge when needed.
- Structured, analytical, and proactive approach - you enjoy improving systems and making things work better.
- At least Intermediate + level of English.
- If you see yourself in this role and want to help us build a thoughtful, people-centered hiring culture - we’d love to hear from you.
