Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential talent pools.
  • Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in recruitment events.
