About the role:

We’re looking for a Talent Partner to support hiring across the organization while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

This role partners closely with leaders across G&A, Sales & GTM, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to attract, assess, and hire top global talent. You’ll operate as a true partner - bringing structure, insight, and a strong focus on quality of hire.

This position is remote and based in the Philippines and works primarily US business hours to support our global teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels

  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and align on hiring strategy

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, with strong emphasis on passive talent

  • Screen and assess candidates for skill alignment, long-term impact, and cultural contribution

  • Guide hiring teams through structured interview processes that improve consistency and decision-making

  • Prioritize quality of hire while balancing urgency and stakeholder expectations

  • Partner on offer development, compensation alignment, approvals, and candidate closing

  • Maintain strong knowledge of organizational priorities and evolving workforce needs

  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements and best practices

  • Support employer branding and proactive talent pipeline initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions (G&A, GTM, Product, Engineering preferred)

  • Experience supporting global hiring efforts; exposure to APAC and/or EMEA hiring is a plus

  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a high-growth environment

  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and channels

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder partnership skills

  • Detail-oriented, professional, persistent, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across distributed, global teams

  • Experience with modern ATS systems (Ashby experience strongly preferred)

  • Ability to work US business hours from the Philippines

  • You are thoughtful, proactive, and outcome-oriented. You balance urgency with quality and care deeply about creating meaningful hiring experiences.
