We’re building a universal API that lets brokers, TMSs, fintechs, and fleets connect to truck and trailer data through a single integration.
As a Talent Partner at Catena, you’ll operate at the intersection of hiring managers, candidates, and company strategy. You will own talent as a core strategic lever of our growth, directly influencing the quality and velocity of how Catena scales.
This is not a back-office HR role. Externally, you’ll be embedded in the talent market, proactively sourcing high-caliber engineers and technical leaders. Internally, you’ll work directly with our CEO, CTO, and GTM leaders to define hiring priorities, sharpen role definitions, and build a repeatable recruiting engine that scales with the company.
When a role stalls, you’ll diagnose why. When candidates drop off, you’ll fix the funnel. When we’re not competitive, you’ll help us adapt. You are responsible for increasing velocity without lowering the bar.
