Title: Talent Operations & Recruitment Specialist — Remote · Independent Contractor (Retainer-Based)
This is a fully remote role.
We operate across multiple global regions and time zones. This role requires regular working-hour overlap with teams operating primarily across Asia–Pacific and European time zones, with flexibility during peak hiring periods.
Final eligibility is assessed during screening based on time-zone alignment, availability, and legal ability to work as an independent contractor.
Engagement type: Independent Contractor engagement on a monthly retainer basis. This role does not constitute an employment relationship.

Requirements
Who You Are
• 2–4+ years experience as HR Generalist, HR Associate, with Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Comfortable working in an AI-led environment, with AI tool experience
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management using AI-enhanced platforms
• Strong HR admin experience: contracts, onboarding, probation tracking, HRIS, policy creation, engagement, and performance tracking
• Strong onboarding and performance management experience: new hires, and performance agility
• Familiar with ATS / HRIS tools (Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI, etc.) and Google Workspace
• Excellent communicator across time zones and cultures
• Detail-driven and highly organized, leveraging AI for documentation, scheduling, and workflow automation
• Thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving workplace
Nice-to-have
• Experience in remote-first global environments
• Background supporting engagement programs, or policy implementation
• Experience scaling companies or managing rapid hiring cycles

Benefits
Monthly retainer: USD $1,000–$1,500, depending on experience and scope of engagement.
