Talent Management Specialist

Working under the guidance of talent management team members, this role helps ensure HR cycles run smoothly by supporting talent programs, systems (data accuracy, user access, audit readiness) and employee experience. The role partners closely with HRBPs, HR Operations/HRIS, and Talent team and follows established governance, processes, and escalation paths
- Provide day-to-day administrative support within SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance Management (PM), Goal Management (GM), and Learning modules.
- Assist with system setup activities such as template preparation, eligibility lists, and user access updates as directed.
- Execute routine data checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with defined rules.
- Support scheduled data loads/imports by preparing files, validating results, and flagging issues.
- Microsoft Teams community support for talent programs and HR team.
- Serve as a point of contact for Growthspace partnership, supporting administration of leadership development programs.
- Employee Codes Sharepoint site ownership and program execution, along with Employee Code shared inbox to resolve questions/issues.
- Support DiSC Catalyst program through administration of catalyst site and assessments. Build presentation and session facilitation decks in partnership with HRBP team.
- Program support for LEAD, new manager development program, including scheduling of sessions, facilitator communication, Powerpoint deck creation, and Teams community support.
- Support administrative tasks related to Performance Management and Goal Management cycles, including system needs and template support activities.
- Assist with goal imports and spot-checking goal visibility and accuracy.
- Help maintain learning content, banners, and course access within the learning platform.
- Serve as owner of learning inbox for questions or issues related to LMS.
- Monitor learning completion reports and assist with compliance tracking activities.
- Run standard talent module story reports for HRBPs and validate data.
- Perform basic data audits (e.g., eligibility validation, completion tracking, missing data checks).
- Support document retention activities in alignment with established practices.
- Maintain and update Sharepoint site content, checklists, and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) as processes evolve.
- Assist with preparing internal updates, email communication content, or reference materials.
- Capture step-by-step process notes and lessons learned during execution cycles.
- Serve as a first-level support partner for HRBPs and Talent teams, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Follow established intake, prioritization, and escalation processes for system questions or defects.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve data quality or efficiency and raise recommendations to senior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and system-based work.
- Basic understanding of HR processes such as compensation, performance reviews, or learning programs.
- Ability to follow structured processes and work effectively during time-sensitive cycles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exposure to HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets for data validation or reporting.
- Internship or early-career experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or Analytics.
- Interest in building technical expertise within HR systems and processes.
- HR data is accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
- HR cycles are supported smoothly with minimal errors or rework.
- Documentation and trackers are consistently maintained and up to date.
- Issues are identified early and escalated appropriately.
- The role steadily builds system knowledge and readiness for expanded responsibilities.
