As a Talent Management Specialist,you will provide support to the Head of Talent by engaging in strategic cross-functional activities such as:

• Assisting with the planning, set up and implementation of Learning & Development initiatives
• Assisting with the planning and implementation of Culture & Community events
• Supporting and managing aspects of our Onboarding Process
• Providing support with initiatives to improve our employee experience, increase engagement and motivation
• Assisting with Performance Management processes
• Assisting with survey design, delivery, and validation
• Promote DEI within the workplace
• Assist with organizational certification processes
• Assist with implementing strategies to cultivate a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

What You'll Offer 

• C2 level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Works well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
