Position Overview:
The HR Coordinator at StepStone supports the global HR team with daily operational tasks and HR data management. This role also involves maintaining HRIS (UKG) records and handling administrative responsibilities throughout the employee lifecycle. The HR Coordinator will contribute to special HR projects as assigned. Success in this role requires a base understanding of HR processes, strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
