What you’ll do

 

You will play a key role in supporting the development, performance, and engagement of our global workforce. Partnering closely with the Talent Management team, you will help implement impactful learning and development programs and resources and administer performance management processes. Your work will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance across the organization.

Specifically, you will:

  • Collaborate with the global Talent Management team on learning & development offerings and performance management processes.
  • Coordinate training logistics for international offices: schedule speakers/facilitators, reserve rooms or virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom), prepare materials, manage registration and reminders, manage day-of technology and room set up, and distribute feedback surveys.
  • Administer the Learning Management System: configure workshops, upload self-paced content, track attendance/completion, and send learner communications.
  • Support performance review processes including system configuration, user training, troubleshooting during review periods, and tracking completion.
  • Collaborate on monthly newsletters and program / process related communications.
  • Generate and update reports on L&D and performance management metrics for leadership.
  • Manage online learning tools: provision access and track usage.
  • Build strong relationships with global HR stakeholders to ensure consistent application of talent management practices.
  • Assist with other Talent Management projects and initiatives as needed.

 

What’s REQUIRED

 

  • 1+ year of work experience in a corporate environment (inclusive of internships)
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must show initiative and be a team player
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
