About This Role

We are a team of passionate people committed to building high-performing teams that help the organization grow. We’re looking for a Talent Operations Intern to support the systems, processes, and data that keep our people function running smoothly.

In this role, you will help streamline HR workflows, maintain accurate employee data, support onboarding/offboarding activities, and ensure operational excellence across the talent lifecycle. Your work will directly contribute to improving efficiency, enhancing employee experience, and enabling better decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data updates, and documentation.
  • Maintain accuracy and hygiene of HR systems and databases, ensuring records are complete and up-to-date.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making across the Talent team.
  • Help streamline and improve HR workflows by identifying gaps and suggesting process enhancements.
  • Coordinate with employees and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.

About You

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (final-year students may also apply).
  • Experience
    • 0–1 year of experience in HR operations, or recruitment support.
    • Comfortable using Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn, ATS tools, or other recruitment platforms.
    • Strong communication and coordination skills.
    • High attention to detail with a structured approach to managing data.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple hiring pipelines at once.
