This is a unique opportunity for a young, ambitious individual who craves to work with exceptional software and ML engineers and wants to learn fast, own their own problems from the start. Specifically:

  • You believe assembling high-performance teams is an engineering problem.

  • You are intensely interested in exceptional people, you probably have heroes you respect and admire, read biographies and adventure stories, and seek out great people in your life.

  • You've built and hacked tools/useful things; you love vibe coding and can quickly grasp technical concepts

  • You’ve worked at organisations with incredible talent density; you've referred in great people, and helped with recruiting.

  • You will be expected to exercise strong judgment and an intuitive understanding of what excellence and a cultural fit looks like.

  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication

What the job involves

  • For any hiring need at Scarlet, start by asking: “Who are the absolute best people in the world for this role?” Your focus will be on developing systems to effectively identify, engage, and attract those individuals.

  • Build automation and tools to help hiring managers manage active candidates to ensure they have the best experience possible.

  • Enable hiring managers to build and maintain a network of incredibly talented, mission-aligned individuals to support future hires.

  • Exercise strong judgment and an intuitive understanding of what excellence looks like across various technical and non-technical domains.
