The Talent Development & AI Enablement Lead is accountable for:
Designing career path frameworks
Building leadership development systems
Embedding AI tools into daily workflows
Training teams on productivity acceleration
Increasing workforce leverage through AI
Define career progression frameworks
Design leadership capability tracks
Maintain skills inventory visibility
Build structured learning pathways
Train teams on AI tools and automation workflows
Build AI-first SOPs across functions
Identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation
Increase output-per-employee through system leverage
Track skill progression metrics
Identify capability gaps early
Align development with company strategy
