We are looking for a Talent Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various projects, tasks and processes for the Live Production/Events team. Working with our content development teams, this individual will shepherd non-Men in Blazers talent through the process of joining our productions or live shows. This role will be responsible for coordinating all talent bookings, acting as a liaison between production and agents, handling schedules, contracts, agreements, and travel logistics for all talent appearances.

What you’ll do:
- Basic office and administrative support for the Live Production/Events team including high volume calendar management; resolving expense reports and handling communication correspondence
- Maintain all talent tracking docs and schedules within the organization. Reporting daily updates to management.
- Conduct research on potential guests
- Facilitate communication between talent and production
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Track and maintain agreements for appearances with non-Men in Blazer talent, coming from a variety of industries in sports and media
- Communicate key contractual agreements with the marketing, partnerships, and executive teams
- Facilitate the timelines of talent joining our production to ensure there are no disruptions to the production lifecycle
- Build strong external relationships with agencies, managers, media organizations, sports clubs & teams, etc to provide a diversity of talent
- Track talent performance and cost to continuously improve our negotiation strategies
What you need:
- 1+ years of experience in sports broadcasting, talent management, or talent relations type industries
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours due to the production schedule, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
- Strong communication skills to greet and engage with talent onsite
- Experience booking high volume travel in the US and Internationally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment
- Deep knowledge and passion for the game of soccer
- Understanding of key & well known figures in a wide variety of industries, not just in sports or soccer.
- Ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively in ever changing production environments
- Ability to serve as a liaison between Men in Blazers and talent, or their teams
- High level of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel across the country, and abroad, to facilitate talent at live shows and events
