As Talent Coordinator, you will support our Talent Acquisition team during a period of accelerated hiring. This role will play a critical part in delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience by coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding logistics, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the hiring process.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to coordinate availability and ensure timely scheduling
  • Communicate interview details clearly to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Track interview progress and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including start date confirmation and required documentation
  • Support new hire orientation scheduling and preparation as needed
  • Initiate and monitor background checks for new hires
  • Track completion and proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with additional coordination and Talent Acquisition support as needed

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or administrative support preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent candidate experience
  • Comfortable working with recruiting systems, calendars, and scheduling tools
  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented mindset

 

 

This is a Contract position with pay expected to be $25 per hour.

 

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Location: Remote - US
