MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB As a Talent Community Specialist you will support the regional talent acquisition strategies, employment branding initiatives, sourcing candidates, maintaining our ATS up to date, ensuring positive candidate and hiring manager experience and assisting in employee retention. This work will include creating proactive sourcing strategies, understanding key markets and deploying recruiting approaches to build a network & the Welocalize brand through engaging with top talent. You will partner with hiring teams to understand their talent needs, consult, and share insight into what is happening in the markets. MAIN DUTIES
  • Conduct targeted sourcing for rare, niche, and long-tail language markets, including roles with historically low pass rates or limited talent availability.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, provide structured assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines for high-complexity linguistic markets across EMEA, APAC, and Middle East regions.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience across the full recruitment cycle.
  • Assess candidates not only for skills but also for role suitability and long-term engagement, especially for demanding linguistic workflows.
  • Engage directly with niche talent communities using social media, specialized platforms, and non-traditional sourcing channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to support job fairs, regional outreach, or targeted sourcing campaigns.
  • Develop strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand shifting market needs and production requirements.
  • Collaborate on job description creation aligned with updated linguistic competency expectations.
  • Maintain accurate metrics related to pipeline health, language-specific pass rates, time-to-fill, and retention indicators.
  • Provide coaching to hiring teams on ATS usage, market constraints, and realistic hiring expectations.
  • Source and evaluate new tools, workflows, and technologies that enhance recruitment effectiveness, particularly in niche markets.
  • Produce recruitment activity insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across recruitment workflows.
  • Proactively explore non-conventional sourcing channels to reach underrepresented or emerging linguistic markets.
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Education
  • BA and equivalent work experience, MA is a plus
  • Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of international recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within, but not limited:
  • Multilingual or linguist recruitment
  • Rare-language / long-tail market sourcing
  • Hard-to-fill international roles with low talent density
  • Demonstrated success hiring across EMEA, APAC, or Middle East linguistic markets, especially where pass rates or retention have historically been challenging
  • Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment experience with emphasis on specialized and niche-market sourcing.
  • Ability to understand linguistic competency expectations and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools, social platforms, and Boolean research methods for locating rare talent.
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced organizations.
  • Skilled at evaluating both technical and behavioral fit for roles with demanding workflows.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
  • Excellent organization and time management, balancing multiple requisitions across regions.
  • Understanding of international hiring practices and compliance considerations.
  • Customer-focused and committed to strong hiring-manager and candidate experience.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating shifting priorities and emerging market needs.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Recruitment, Quality, Production, Community).
