Now we’re looking for a Talent Assessment Manager, you’ll be a part of our Global HR team.

What you’ll do:

  • Creation of a comprehensive personnel development concept using modern assessment and training technologies.
  • Implementation of a balanced system of personnel evaluation (regular and/or at the request of the business) and automation of the process.
  • Organization of annual assessment as part of the Performance Management process.
  • Development and implementation of the Talent development project in the company.
  • Building a productive relationship with the internal customer.
  • Participation in other HR projects.

About you:

  • 5+ years in Talent Assessment field
  • Deep knowledge of personnel development techniques
  • University degree
  • Fluent English
