About the Team We’re on the hunt for a Tech-obsessed Talent Advisor to help us find the brilliant minds building MYOB’s future. This 12-month fixed-term role is all about owning end-to-end Tech & Product recruitment and partnering closely with senior leaders to hire people who love what they do (and are really good at it). If you live and breathe engineering, product, design and great candidate experiences, you’ll feel right at home. What you'll be doing
  • Own end-to-end Tech & Product hiring, from sharp job briefs through to offer, while delivering a standout candidate experience at every step.
  • Get creative with sourcing and attraction, building proactive pipelines across engineering, product and design, and using data to continuously improve how (and where) we hire.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and People Business Partners to understand team priorities, workforce plans, and the realities of the tech talent market.
  • Help keep our Talent team ahead of the curve by contributing to continuous improvement, new ideas, and better ways of working.
  • Have experience as a Talent Advisor / Partner / Recruiter, hiring across tech and product roles 
  • Are a confident sourcer who loves building long-term talent pipelines, not just filling roles.
  • Are comfortable with modern TA tooling, ATS (ideally Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek.
  • Know how to adapt your style for different stakeholders, whether they hire every month or once a year, and can confidently coach them on best-practice hiring.
  • Bring an innovative, curious mindset, enjoy trying new ideas, and sharing what works (and what doesn’t).
  • Care deeply about candidate experience, authenticity, and building trust.
