Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own end-to-end recruitment and play a key role in developing the next generation of Bubble talent. You’ll source, attract, and hire incredible people across the business while helping create a candidate experience that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and deeply aligned with Bubble’s values.

This role blends high-volume recruiting, talent development, and process building—perfect for someone ready to shape what hiring and growth look like at a fast-scaling, mission-driven brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments (Creative, Marketing, Retail, Operations, Community, Product, and Corporate functions).
  • Build and maintain healthy candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, refine job descriptions, and define success profiles.
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless process start to finish.
  • Create and deliver a Bubble-grade candidate experience—warm, human, and efficient.

Talent Development

  • Build onboarding frameworks that help new hires hit the ground running.
  • Document role expectations, historical context, and knowledge transfer processes.
  • Support managers with development strategies, performance conversations, and growth plans.
  • Identify talent gaps, skill needs, and opportunities for upskilling across the team.
  • Track performance outcomes to refine recruitment and development strategies.

Process & Systems

  • Develop and maintain recruiting workflows, scorecards, and hiring guides.
  • Implement scalable systems for candidate tracking and reporting.
  • Build employer-brand initiatives that reflect Bubble’s tone and personality.
  • Monitor hiring metrics (speed-to-hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations (CPG or startup experience ideal).
  • A proactive, self-starting problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once.
  • Warm, positive, and community-oriented—someone people naturally trust.
  • Strong communication skills and a talent for interviewing.
  • Passionate about building teams, developing people, and driving performance.
