Key Responsibilities

The mission of a Talent Acquisition Sr Recruiter is to identify, attract, and recruit top talent for the different areas of Trafilea. This involves working closely with the department leadership team to understand their hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building relationships with potential candidates.

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for certain senior positions that requires extensive sourcing due to the complex nature of positions

  • Promote the company's brand and culture to attract top talent. Highlight the organization's strengths and opportunities for growth to potential candidates during interviews.

  • Work with hiring managers and HR PBPs to understand the specific requirements of each job position, including the skills, qualifications, and experience needed. Coordinate kick off calls with all involved stakeholders.

  • Attend all tacticals with senior department stakeholders to present position updates in a set format, as well as, joining checkpoint meetings with HM to align current candidates and updates.

  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process and make data-driven decisions.

  • Attend our daily, weekly, and team meetings as need to present updates, blockers, comments, and insights on positions assigned

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Tech or Marketing specialized recruiter with deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for complex positions with picky managers.

  • Worked with KPIs & OKRs inside an agile methodology framework with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics, and use that data to bring insights and propose strategy changes to meet goals.

  • Curious listener that is not afraid to ask questions with a critical sense for moving candidates forward.

  • A detail-oriented very organized person that can at the same time work with a sense of urgency to resolve issues.
