  • Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.
  • Manage end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and consistent engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill tech roles.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, niche skill demand, and competitive insights.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and ensure compliance with U.S. hiring standards.
  • Key Roles Recruited for Cybersecurity Analyst / Engineer, Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect (AWS, Azure, GCP), Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Engineer, Network Security Engineer, SOC Analysts, Developers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Infrastructure and Application Development roles.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. recruiting practices, talent market, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven success in sourcing and engaging niche technical candidates.
  • Ability to evaluate technical skill sets and communicate effectively with engineers and technical leaders.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for enterprise tech, consulting, or security-focused organizations.
