Talent Acquisition Specialist - US (5 month mat cover contract)

This role is a remote opportunity, however applicants must be based in the US and on an EST timezone. This is a maternity leave cover contract for 5 months.

Are you a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist ready to play a key role in supercharging our commercial growth in the US? This isn't just about filling seats; it’s about strategically building the teams: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, and Marketing, that fuel our position as the largest and fastest-growing beauty booking app in the world. You'll be instrumental in shaping our top-tier TA strategy, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard the best GTM talent, with a special focus on US expansion.

We’re looking for you to bring your creative side to identify, connect, and bring on the best commercial talent to Booksy.

If you're someone who is wired to self-start, can navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a positive attitude, and is ready to mix long-term strategic work with short-term priorities, then the chances are you’ll thrive in this role.

Salary $90,000-100,000 annual base.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Experience in recruiting at a high-volume, with exposure to field sales/ junior GTM recruitment being an added bonus.
• You're comfortable working with around 10-15 requisitions at a time, end-to-end.
• Agency experience + experience in a start-up/scale-up environment is our preferred background.
• You must be based in the EST timezone
• Strong admin and organizational skills, you're able to effectively prioritise your time.
• Experience with strong reporting capabilities (tracking in-put and out-put metrics).
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and representing the company’s brand in a professional, authentic way.
