ADLOOK is growing and is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial (sales /client facing) roles across Europe (UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany) and corporate as well as product related roles in HQ in Poland. This role requires a strategic recruiter who can manage complex hiring processes, engage with top-tier talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.  What You`ll Be Doing:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for commercial and corporate  roles across multiple geographies and time zones (Europe & the US)
  • Direct Search: Source  top-notch candidates, leveraging networks, market intelligence, and advanced tools.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical roles; nurture relationships to ensure long-term engagement and readiness.
  • Executive Engagement: Demonstrate ability to engage with senior and C-suite candidates, maintain their interest throughout the recruitment process, and deliver a premium candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations; adapt sourcing strategies proactively to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Reporting & Decision Support: Provide timely updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and market insights; push for decisions to secure top talent without delay.
  • KPI Management: Track, manage, and report against recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health) to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Project work: Take part in several initiatives in the People & Culture area, improve our practices and ways of working.
  • Time Zone Management: Effectively manage scheduling and communication across assigned time zones to ensure seamless candidate and stakeholder engagement.
  • Our Expectations:
  • Minimum 5+ years in talent acquisition, managing processes end-to-end , and with proven success in hiring for  commercial and corporate roles across various European  markets. At least 1y. of agency experience.
  • Can-do approach. The ability to build cross-functional relationships and to work under pressure, with different teams and time zones.
  •  Strong knowledge of direct search methodologies & techniques, and recruitment best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment across Europe, including familiarity with regional cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent Polish &  proficient English (min. C1 level) are a must; additionally, any of the following  will be an asset: French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms (we use Lever), and LinkedIn Recruiter
  •  Comfortable working across time zones and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
